2nd Test: India were 77/1 in their first innings at lunch

In Cricket, India were 77 for the loss of one wicket in their first innings at lunch on the opening day of the second cricket Test against South Africa in Pune. Mayank Agarwal was not out on 34 while Cheteshwar Pujara was batting on19. Kagiso Rabada took wicket of opener Rohit Sharma.

Earlier, Indian Skipper Virat Kohli won the toss and chose to bat first. Both the teams made one change each. The hosts brought in Umesh Yadav to replace Hanuma Vihari while for the visitors, debutant Anrich Nortje came in for the off-spinner Dane Piedt in the playing eleven.

This match is special for the Indian Skipper as he is playing his 50th Test as Captain. Virat is the second Indian Captain to achieve the feat after M S Dhoni.

India lead the three-match series 1-Nil as they defeated South Africa by comprehensive 203 runs in the first test at Visakhapatnam.
