A party strong at booth level will get maximum seats: PM Modi

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said, people are seeing BJP as a party that can effectively serve the farmers, poor, youngsters, women of the nation. Talking to BJP Karyakartas from Tamil Nadu, Mr Modi said, a party strong at the booth level will get maximum seats. He asked the party workers to connect with people in the booth to ensure the victory.

The Prime Minister said, BJP has always followed the path shown by former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Mr Modi said, no government has done as much for Tamil Nadu as the BJP has done. He said his governement is working hard to bring a holistic change across different sectors in the lives of poor. He said, be it infrastructure or investment, be it social sector or skill development, BJP led government is working hard to ensure progress for all in Tamil Nadu.

He said, many people think that the Congress’s biggest failure was in their mismanagement of the economy and their corruption. But they did deep damage to the armed forces too. Mr Modi said, not many know how much damage ‘Congress culture’ did to the defence sector. He said, Congress had made the defence sector a den of brokers and middlemen for decades. He said, before 2014, corruption was institutionalized but today, honesty has been institutionalized.

Mr Modi said, recently, a defence middleman was caught and brought back to India and the middleman is close to the current ‘First Family’ of the Congress. Mr Modi said, the people of the country deserve to know how did middleman Michel know about the time of a meeting of Cabinet Committee on Security and the status of a government file. He said, the people behind attacks on our current defence procurement are often middlemen from the Congress era and international forces who want to ensure that India’s military does not get stronger.
