Aus Vs NZ, Day 2: New Zealand trail by 423 runs

Australia snatched two early wickets as New Zealand face an uphill battle chasing the home team’s 467 including 114 from Travis Head, in the second Test at Melbourne today.

At the close on day two, Kiwis were 44 for two with Tom Latham not out and Ross Taylor on the crease. Captain Kane Williamson lasted only 14 balls with nine while Tom Blundell, was out  for 15.

The visitors need to win to square the three-match series after crashing by 296 runs in the opening day-night clash in Perth.
