In Bangladesh, four persons were injured in the fire that broke out last evening in the Chalantika slum near Rupnagar area of Mirpur in Dhaka. Thousands of people have been rendered homeless and nothing was left except charred remnants of the household good in the incident. A pall of gloom descended upon the residents as they lost all their valuables in the fire.
