ICC World Cup: Australia win toss, opt to bat against Bangladesh

In the ICC Cricket World Cup, defending champions Australia won the toss and elected to bat against Bangladesh at Nottingham. 

Australia are currently third in the 10-team points table with eight points, while Bangladesh are fifth with five points.

The table is led by New Zealand who have nine points in their kitty. 

India have played four matches, so far, of which they have won three while one game was washed out. India will play Afghanistan in their next game on Saturday at Southampton.
